You ask technical questions, we try to get answers to you:
To get the question to us so that we can answer it, we have
to have a form of communications and this would be email. Use this contact
form for initial contact. Please fill it out the form completely as we will
not answer the tech question otherwise. If it is filled out properly
we will respond to the question personally. If the question is of
common interest it just might be used in Ask The Web Factory area
(especially if the answer is a success).

the only thing we can do is take a best guess.
What Operating System:
Which of the µMicrosoft Windows Operating Systems. Here again, if
it is another operating system, the most we can
do is a best guess.
The amount of memory;
128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb and so on.
