Where a web presence doesn't cost an arm and a leg

You are welcome to use these chat rooms for purposes of friendly chit chat of relative discussions on web making, web advice, web programming, html, xml, so on so forth.  There is to be no profane language or sexually explicit language is to be used, no verbal abuse, that is name calling, using words that refer to ones mental capacity or abilities or physical abilities.  If, in Rick's Web Factory's opinion a user is being abusive in their attitude and or language, they will be kicked from the room, getting kicked out of rooms 3 or more times will get a user banned from using the chat rooms at all period.  If it is deemed that a user cannot follow these simple rules at the sole discretion of Rick's Web Factory a user will be banned.  The user must be 18 years old or older to use these chat rooms.

Click on the "webmaster" link and enter the information on the form.

Then in the "Text Box" area; enter the screen name that you desire, if at all possible, enter a second and even a third screen name.  The first name that is listed will be taken that, that is the primary screen name that is wanted.  If only one screen name is given and it is already assigned, a numeric will be appended to the end of it, 01 through 09.  Also we will needed to know that the user applying is 18 years old or older and can attest to the age given.  any misrepresentation will be dealt with by permanently banning that user from ever using Rick's Web Factory Chat rooms ever again.  With that said a screen name and password will be emailed back to the user, usually within 24 to 72 hours or less after applying.
