What we can do for you or your company, Rick's Web Factory also will service software packages by installing the software. This is a rate of $45.00 (USD) per hour (most installations will take an hour or less, 1 hour minimum). On software that is mutual to your computer and my computer system, I can train a person to use it, again at a rate of $45.00 (USD) per software application (1 hour minimum). For installation in the Wayne, Oakland, Macomb County areas of Michigan only. There will be a travel charge outside of a 10 mile distance of my address (11322 Jewett Avenue, Warren MI). Use of Yahoo! maps to determine distance between your address and mine, within a 10 mile distance no travel charge, outside of the 10 mile distance, there is a travel charge of $2.50 per 5 miles distance traveled further
Rick's Web Factory will even travel to your place of business or wherever the computer happens to be at. We love train people on the use of their software and to help them understand what they have to know to use their software application proficiently. The rules apply for the travel, within 5 miles, no charge, further then 5 miles, travel charges apply.
We even do migration services from Windows 98 to XP Pro Edition and XP Home Edition. We will even work with the XP Media Center Edition.
