Where a web presence doesn't cost an arm and a leg

⁴ Permissions and or Digital Rights to use copyrighted materials:

All graphics, photos, movie type files/objects that are produced by the client or are royalty free or the client have permission/rights to use these materials, Rick's Web Factory to use the content on the clients page(s).  Also any written materials quoted or used other then the client authoring the materials, must cite as to the source of the content.  There must be written proof as to the permission and or proof that the content is royalty free to use (such as a copy of the clip art, graphics disc stating [copy disc in copier or scanner, so that it is readable by Rick's Web Factory].  That the materials are royalty free or a pay to use clip art or graphics from a pay to use site, that requires user ID and password for our access, this would be proof enough that materials from the site is royalty free to use the materials, graphics, photos, movies, quotes and written materials).  If Rick's Web Factory secures the content, Rick's Web Factory will handle the rights and permissions to use such content.
