Where a web presence doesn't cost an arm and a leg

¹ Simple web pages are defined as follows:

Up to three (3) simple graphics (still photos, graphics; drawings, pre-made logos or scanned in logos, cartoons, all must be material that is legal to use by you or royalty free and be able to prove it ⁴, repeated graphics are not counted against the three count, it must be three individually different distinct graphics).  The acceptable formats must be in .png, .jpg or .gif, these formats are the current ones that work in web page making.  1500 words or less.  Anything over 1500 words, there will be a charge of $0.50 per word.  HTML type pages only, Cascading Style Sheets are not included.
