Unlike some of these TV ads on TV of late we are local to WOM (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb Counties, Michigan).  Do you have any idea where some of those companies on TV are actually located?  Nearest place I know of is someplace in Pennsylvania, that's were.  So when you deal with Rick's Web Factory, you are dealing with us, up close and personal.  All hard disc maintenance is done in home/ on site.

                                                    Anti-virus (and removal, install included if needed)
                                                    Spyware/Adware (and removal, install included if needed))

Hard Disc Maintenance - Budget Package - $99.00 (per computer)
                                            Involves doing a disc scan with:
                                                    Anti-Virus Scan (and removal, install included if needed)
                                                    Spyware/Adware Scan (and removal, install included if needed)
                                                    Firewall (install if needed)
                                                    Plus free CD disc of current free Anti Virus, Spyware/Adware and firewall

            Software installation - $20.00 (per computer)
                        PCI Cards - $25.00 (per computer)
                        Memory cards - $30.00 (per computer)
                        CD/DVD ROM or Burner Driver - $40.00 (per computer)
                        Hard Drive - $45.00 (per computer)
                        Video Graphics Cards - $45.00 (per computer, usually involves software install as well)
                        Processors - $50.00 (per computer, per socket)

Most of these services can be done at home/on site.
